ADULTERY CAN'T BE A CRIMINAL OFFENCE -SUPREME COURT:


              Adultery cant be a ciminal offence and the adultery law is also violote of privacy right to someone extent.A five judges constitutional bench of the Supreme court unanimously struck down section 497 of the IPC dealing with the offence of adultery headed by Chief Justice Depak Misra.
