CABINET APPROVES ORDINANCE ON TRIPLE TALAQ:

          Triple Talaq no more Legal, Narendra Modi government approves the Ordinance on Triple Talaq.The Union Cabinet on Wednesday  cleared an ordinance to make instant Triple Talaq a criminal offence.

Muthalaq is revised with Three laws:

         Core components of Triple Talaq ordinance is that an offence will be cognizable only

           
               1.When FIR is filled by victim wife ot her close relations by blood or Marriage.

               2. compoundable only at victim's wife instance.

                3.Bail can be granted by  magistrate after hearing victim wife.
