HELMETS COMPULSORY FOR TWO WHEELERS,HIGH COURT ORDERED:

         
           

              All Two Wheelers wear helmets compulsory ,and strict action should be taken on those who not following the Rules.
   
               Today the judges  have issued  a comprehensive order.Considering the rising of road accidents  the helmet should be compulsory for all two Wheeler riders.

                Similarly  ,all of the cars were  ordered to wear a seat belt .The Two Wheeler should be forced to wear a helmet both front and back.

                The  Court has given time till  Oct - 23rd for the Government to reply regarding to the enforcement of Helmets Rule.
